Latin2Latin is the proud marketing and public relations agency partner to OrthoNOW®, the nations only orthopedic urgent care center franchise. OrthoNOW® Weston, the first franchise location to open in South Florida , tapped L2L to develop and implement a Grand Opening strategy and plan that would rally key constituents, influentials and media to build awareness, position the center in the community and drive traffic.
Strategy
– L2L identified like-minded individuals, organizations and other key stakeholders in the public, political, non-for-profit, chamber-councils, small business networks and media sectors.
– L2L developed and managed an event program that delivered maximum results for minimal investment, given all other start-up costs being incurred, inclusive of:
- Run of Show, Invites, RSVP, food-beverage-activities design, Press Release, Press Kits, Interview logistics, Signage and On-Site Supervision & Troubleshooting.
