A true maverick, Arminda “Mindy” Figueroa is a recognized leader in the traditional, multicultural, direct and digital marketing fields, and has built a successful career focused on generating awareness of the essential role of the multicultural market in corporate America. Prior to launching L2L, Mindy was Project Director for Scholastic Media, and oversaw the launch of the children’s TV series, Maya & Miguel, the #1 new TV show for kids on PBS. Figueroa previously held senior marketing positions at The Bravo Group (a Young & Rubicam agency), Univision.com, Verizon and Anheuser-Busch. Ms. Figueroa is a frequent presenter at industry seminars and conferences, and is a board member of the Hispanic Federation of New York among others. She has also been recognized by El Diario/La Prensa as one of the 50 Most Influential Latinas.
Andres has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication with a major in Journalism and over five years of experience in corporate, journalistic and advertising communication. His professional background combines Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Customer Service, Journalism and Advertising. Andres has worked for a wide range of industries including Banking, Food Management, Services providers and Independent Consultants by leading the communications and public relations areas. In addition, Andres has experience in advertising agencies (DDB/Colombia) working as copywriter and Account Executive.

Roberto joined L2L after seven years at Memorial Manor as a Diet Clerk. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2008 with a B.A. in Business Management. With his experience and education Roberto assists the L2L team with research, presentations, and bookkeeping.
